Terms of Service
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you add Wardn to a Discord server, use its commands, sign in to the dashboard at dash.impto.tech, or buy Premium or a plugin. Wardn is run by impto.tech ("we", "us") in the United Kingdom. By using Wardn you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Wardn is a Discord bot with a web dashboard. It offers a free plan and paid extras: Premium, a monthly plan per server, and optional plugins. Features may change over time as we improve Wardn. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we'll tell you, and you can cancel.
2. Who can use Wardn
- You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including its minimum age.
- If you add Wardn to a server or change its settings, you confirm that you're allowed to manage that server, and you're responsible for how Wardn is configured there.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Wardn to:
- break the law, or Discord's terms or guidelines;
- harass, spam or harm people, or collect data about them without permission;
- use member restore to add people to servers that are not a replacement for the community they verified in, or share or sell restore keys;
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of Wardn, the dashboard or our infrastructure.
We may limit, suspend or remove Wardn from servers, or block users, that break these rules.
4. Member restore
Member restore only works for members who verified and agreed to be added back. Server owners must keep their restore key private and only use it to rebuild their own community. Restoring depends on Discord: members can withdraw at any time, and Discord can change or limit the feature, so we can't guarantee every member will be restored.
5. Premium and plugins
- Billing: Premium and plugins are subscriptions billed in advance each month, per server, through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, including any VAT. Plugins are add-ons to Premium: a server needs Premium before you can buy a plugin for it. If Premium ends, the server's plugins are paused and not charged for until Premium is active again.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Paid features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the server returns to the free plan. Your settings are kept.
- Refunds: because access starts as soon as you pay, payments are generally not refunded for part of a period, except where the law requires it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. If something isn't working, contact us and we'll try to put it right.
- Price changes: we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails and isn't fixed, paid features may be switched off until it is.
6. Availability
We work to keep Wardn running and to back up data regularly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Downtime can happen, for example during maintenance or when Discord has problems.
7. Our liability
Wardn is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by Discord, by how a server's admins configured Wardn, or by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Wardn at any time by removing it from your server and cancelling any subscription. We may stop providing Wardn, or part of it. If we do, we'll give reasonable notice where we can, and refund any paid period we can no longer provide.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, announce them in our Discord server or on this website. If you keep using Wardn after a change, the new terms apply.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Its courts have jurisdiction, but if you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
